Part 3 - Judgement
Judgement is the act of revealing the top card from the card deck and displaying it to everyone. It is one of the reason why cards have poker suits and numbers. Depending on this judgement card, certain conditions will take effect. The original functions of this judgement card is ignored. Remember, under normal circumstances this card is only shown to everyone and then placed into the discard pile, you do not keep judgement cards!
Amongst the handful of tool cards, there are a few known as Delay Tool Cards, these cards are placed horizontally into a player's judgement areas above their hero. When a player begins their turn and have pending judgement cards on them, they must follow the order of player phases which usually is judgement and then draw cards.
Another time judgements are required is when certain character's ability require them to do so, a simple example would be Ma Chao.
